Either party may terminate the referral partnership at any time. In the event of termination, Company Protection may continue to contact you for feedback or ongoing business-related communications unless you specifically request to cease communications.
7. Third-Party Referrals and Commission Sharing
Company Protection may, from time to time, identify additional client needs and refer the client to a third-party service provider who is better placed to fulfil that specific requirement. Where such a referral results in Company Protection receiving a commission or fee from the third-party provider, the Referral Partner Firm will receive their agreed share of commission, calculated based on the amount received by Company Protection. This ensures fair and transparent compensation for all introductions, regardless of whether Company Protection or a third-party fulfils the client’s need.

- The Referral Partner shall ensure that all staff involved in the referral process understand their role limitations and comply with this Agreement.
